The Engagement Manager will oversee and support a large number of customers. In this role, you will manage mobile application development, staff augmentation and internal projects, and ensure their success with a high level of customer satisfaction. We are highly customer-focused and you will be expected to infuse this value throughout the team, systems and processes that you are responsible for.
All candidates should have at least 6-8 years of professional services experience and at least 2 years in a staff management role. You will also need demonstrable experience implementing services processes, systems and managing development projects.
responsibilities
- Manage and drive multiple projects across simultaneous client engagements
- Identify and orchestrate project activities of teams from cross-functional customer, partner and CopiaMobile stakeholders
- Provide technical account management for active customer engagements
- Drive project reviews for management and customers
- Ensure quality and time management processes are followed by team (e.g., change controls, time tracking)
- Manage service delivery vendors
- Continually improve service delivery processes
experience
- 5 years of consulting experience
- Experience scoping, designing and building complex applications and systems
- Experience designing and developing distributed applications in a multi-protocol, multi-platform environment
- Thorough knowledge of agile & SDLC development processes.
- PMP, Scrum, etc.
- Retail experience would be a huge plus
- Marketing experience
- Mobile app development experience
- Open source developer experience
